Authorship and Affiliations
All authors, including co-authors and contributing authors, should be named in the manuscript. For articles with more than one author, a corresponding author must be identified.
All author(s) relevant affiliations should be identified in a footnote on the first page.
It must be declared if the research submitted was conducted at a previous institution, was conducted independently, or was part of a funded research project or programme in the footnote on the first page.
Authors are free to indicate that thoughts expressed in the article do not necessarily represent the official position of the institutions they represent.
